Q. I can not view your cards?
A. In order to use this website you will need to have the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player installed (formerly called the Macromedia Flash Player). You can download it here.
Q. When I click on the link to view a card someone has sent to me I dont see the card?
A. All of our Sea E-Cards are displayed in a popup window and may be blocked by a popup blocker installed on your computer. Most popup blockers allow you to either selectively allow popups from some sites or temporarily disable their function altogether. Click here for information on how to configure your system to allow popups from our site.
Q. What are the system requirements for viewing and receiving cards?
A. You must have a system capable of playing content with the Adobe Flash Player, you can use the requirements listed here as a guideline. A high speed internet connection is also highly recommended to receive our multi-media rich cards.
Q. I sent a card but the recipient has not received any notification of the card.
A. The problem may be one of the following reasons:
Q. How long does it take to send a card?
A. Cards are sent immediately (usually within 15 minutes) and will vary according to the server speed (during holiday periods it may take longer to send an e-card) and/or the recipient’s email system.
Q. How do I send and/or personalize an ecard?
A. To send one of our Sea E-Cards you must be a paid member of SeaECards.com. Visit the "Sea E-Cards Club" page to join. Once you are a paid member you click "Send A Card" from the right-hand column, and select the appropriate category. To preview a card, click on the "preview" link below the card. To select the card you wish to send, click on the cards thumbnail image - a border will indicated the card is selected. Fill in the recipient’s email address (or select one from the Address Book). Enter your personalized message, select when you would like the card send and click on the "send e-card" button.
Q. How many cards can I send?
You can send as many cards as you like, but please keep in mind that we do not allow bulk or commercial mailings. See our Terms of Service for more info.
